Front of House, Servers
Our day is broken into three part-time shifts (approx. 8am-1, 1-4, 4-7pm) Wednesday – Sunday. We are looking for applicants who are friendly and collaborative; with attention to detail, and have the ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. Back of House, Assistant Baker
We are searching for an applicant who is efficient, creative, professional, and friendly that is interested in learning to bake Japanese-inspired desserts.

 -Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, etc. 
-Making and restocking secondary products, such as icings, glazes, custards, etc. 
-Decorating/Icing/filling pastries for presentation
-Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
-Cleaning workstations, equipment, and tools

Part-time (approx.15-20 hours a week), 3-4 afternoons 1-5pm
$13.00 an hour, or commensurate with experience.
