Front of House, Servers
Our day is broken into three part-time shifts (approx. 8am-1, 1-4, 4-7pm) Wednesday – Sunday. We are looking for applicants who are friendly and collaborative; with attention to detail, and have the ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. Front staff stock products, serve customers, take orders, and help keep the store clean.

Part-time (approx.10-30 hours a week), $14.00 an hour to begin w/ tips (usually $2-3.00 an hour); 20% off all purchases.

Assistant Manager
We seek someone with Managerial skills to join and lead a fun, creative Front of House team. This individual should be efficient, innovative, organized, and friendly.
Qualities: collaborative, decisive, attentive to detail, and possess experience in working, teaching, and supporting colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:
Work and collaborate with the full-time Manager on any issues and needs for the operation of the front including:
– Ordering packaging, and decorations needed for daily and event use
– Be aware and knowledgeable of all menu items including ingredients, allergens, gluten-free/vegan, appearance, upcoming flavors, holidays)
– Work with the Back of House on upcoming orders, specials, event ordering etc. 
– Be a conduit to the back and front of house regarding needs.
– Work with the Social Media person to grow our audience
– Scheduling front and back staff using 7shifts

Other Responsibilities: 
– Be a conduit between the staff and management 
– Be aware of guidelines, cleaning policies, staff information, Toast (our POS), and handbook
– Be a positive and instructive mentor for the front staff 
– Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment; creating a welcoming experience for our guests and staff.
